These terms apply to the public Operative Spaces website operated by Formative Spaces, Inc.. They cover browsing the marketing pages and submitting an early access request. They do not create a software subscription.

The site is informational
Product previews on this site are illustrative. They use static fixture data to show the intended operating experience. They are not a live operations system and do not display real crews, workers or jobs.
Early access
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Early access is currently invite-only. We review specialty-contractor operations and may accept a limited number of customers. Any later customer agreement will be documented separately.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, attempt to access private systems, or interfere with the form or site operations.
Limitation
The marketing site is provided as-is for evaluation of interest. Formative Spaces, Inc. is not liable for decisions made solely from public marketing copy or fixture previews.
