The network plan can be current while the subcontractor handoff is not.

Permits, locates, access, construction sequence and crew availability can change after the original package has already moved into the field.

How the work moves

Work package approved → contractor team issued current package → acknowledgment → mobilization → field execution → blocker/change → new version or resolution.

  • Subcontractor did not acknowledge.
  • Locate is not ready.
  • Permit or access issue.
  • Start point changed.
  • Construction sequence changed.
  • Field condition changes the scope.
