This policy explains how Formative Spaces, Inc. ("we") collects and uses information on the Operative Spaces marketing website. Operative Spaces is the customer-facing product name.

When you request early access, we collect the information you submit: name, work email, company, website, role, and answers about how you coordinate crews. We also store first-touch campaign fields such as landing path, referrer, UTM values and advertising click IDs when they are present, plus a limited user-agent class needed to review the request.
We do not ask for passwords, worker lists, payroll files or customer job data on this site.
How we use it
We use this information to review early access requests, contact you about Operative Spaces, and understand which public pages or campaigns produced qualified interest. We do not sell this information.
Cookies
The site may store first-touch attribution cookies so a later early access request can carry the landing page and campaign fields. Those cookies are not used to build an advertising profile on this site.
Retention
Early access requests are retained long enough to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. You may ask us to correct or delete your request details.
