Dispatching the work does not prove the current instruction reached the crew.

A work package moves. A staging location changes. Storm-response priorities shift. A qualified crew member becomes unavailable. The field still needs the current instruction while management needs to know what has not happened yet.

How the work moves

Field work approved → crew assignment issued → acknowledgment → mobilization → readiness/arrival → blocker or execution → exception resolution.

Typical exceptions

  • Crew did not acknowledge the current work.
  • Staging location changed.
  • Assignment was reprioritized.
  • Access is unavailable.
  • Qualification or credential is unresolved.
  • Required worker is unavailable.
  • Equipment issue blocks the assignment.
  • Storm-response deployment changes.
