The current state
Specialty contractors already use software for project management, accounting, time tracking, drawings, schedules and job costing.
Then tomorrow's assignment changes.

Procore can already handle significant parts of project management, workforce planning and field communication. Operative Spaces is not designed to recreate those tools.
It is designed for contractors whose worker-level execution still requires additional calls, texts, translation or manual follow-up after the project or labor plan is created.
Operative Spaces is designed so approved project information can inform the worker-facing assignment while the office controls what becomes authoritative for workers.
If upstream information changes after an assignment has already been issued, the worker assignment should not silently change. The office reviews the change and decides whether workers need a new revision.
Your project system remains the project system.
