Workers can receive instructions, reply, ask questions, report blockers and send updates through familiar text communication. The office sees delivery, acknowledgment and unresolved questions against a specific assignment version.
Operative Spaces is not a group-text replacement or a generic messaging product. It is the execution record after a construction assignment has been issued.
What this is not
It is not a workforce-management suite, a dispatch board or an ERP. Existing project, payroll and timekeeping systems can keep doing those jobs.
